Niles Palmer’s work is characterized by an unusual ability to
capture impressions of actions, color and movement. This ability combined with his lifelong interest
in all types of sports, results in unique and imaginative portrayals of sports happenings and
personalities.
His expressions of art are highly diversified and include paintings, serigraphs, mosaic and
glazed tile renderings, intaglio, chain link fence art, and painted graphic designs and murals.
The field house at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs contains his
super-graphics throughout.
His works in all media form the decor of many court clubs, College and Municipal gymnasiums and
aquatic centers, city parks and ball fields, and military base sports facilities.
